St Dominic Savio Catholic Primary School ‘Serve the Lord with Joy’

National Lockdown 4.1.21

We will welcome all children of Key Workers and vulnerable children tomorrow (Tuesday 5th January) morning at their usual drop off time due to the short notice.

The list of key workers can be found on here on the DFE website. Key Worker children should come in via their normal entrance and school will operate for the normal school hours and will follow the same systems and timings we have implemented since the start of term. Pick up will continue to be at the time of the oldest child.

Wednesday (6th January) onwards:

The school has a limited number of keyworker places to offer. If demand is high we many need to prioritise children.  We will inform parents whether or not  their child/ren can have a keyworker place from Wednesday onwards by 4.00pm on TuesdayUnfortunately, this means that attendance on Tuesday does not guarantee a keyworker place for the duration of this lockdown period.

Please take the time to complete the key worker form by Tuesday 5th January at 2.30pm in order for us to allocate places fairly and according to most need

We have to support children in school as well as providing remote education for the rest of the school, so we will only be able to cater for full time attendance. Therefore, if your child is allocated a place at school (as outlined above), they will be expected to attend every day.
